Answer: Our idlers follow industrial and ISO standards, equipped with seamless tubes, heavy-duty bearings and triple labyrinth seals against dust and muddy water. Every roller passes dynamic balance, rotational resistance and impact tests. Anti-rust painting is standard, with galvanizing and rubber lagging available for anti-corrosion demands.

Answer: We adopt flexible MOQ policy. Standard rollers, pulleys and belts are available for small maintenance & trial orders. For non-standard customized items, we confirm reasonable batch sizes based on production costs, catering to both bulk long-term clients and contractors needing sporadic replacements.

Answer: Our engineers provide professional matching calculation based on your conveyor length, angle, throughput and material features. Answer: We supply full export documents including factory inspection reports, material certificates, dimension sheets, packing lists and shipping records. We can also cooperate with third-party institutions to complete special testing to meet local mining project acceptance requirements worldwide.
FAQ 6: How do you handle quality problems within the warranty period?
Answer: All our products come with standard factory warranty coverage. If any manufacturing defect occurs during proper normal use, you can provide relevant photos and videos for our inspection and confirmation. If the issue is verified to be our production liability, we will offer solutions including free replacement shipment or reasonable compensation accordingly.
