Steel Tail Return Bend Pulley for Belt Conveyor Tension Adjustment
This Steel Tail Return Bend Pulley is installed at the tail end of belt conveyors, mainly responsible for reversing the return belt and cooperating with the tension device to adjust belt tightness.
The main body is made of thick seamless steel pipe, with integrated shaft and heavy-load bearing assembly. The sliding tension base can be manually or mechanically adjusted to eliminate belt slack, effectively preventing belt slipping, deviation and material scattering.
It features solid structural welding, strong impact resistance, stable rotation and easy on-site installation and maintenance, widely applied in mining, quarry, cement, port and bulk material conveying systems.
